DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CETAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On August 12, 2010, the registrant announced that it has accepted the resignation of Joseph Maliekel as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.  Karen Howard, Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Columbus McKinnon, will assume the duties of Chief Accounting Officer.
