On December 18, 2013, Alexander D. Cross, Ph.D., announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Atossa Genetics Inc. so that he could pursue other personal and professional activities. His retirement is effective on December 31, 2013. On December 18, 2013, the Board of Directors appointed Gregory L. Weaver as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective December 31, 2013.
