On April 17, 2009, Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. declared a quarterly cash distribution per common unit of $0.425 payable on May 15, 2009 to unitholders of record as of May 1, 2009.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
