Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 8, 2013, Jones Soda Co. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013 on August 8, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
