On March 30, 2006, Tarrant Apparel Group (the "Registrant") issued a
press release regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal
year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
