On March 9, 2007, the Compensation Committee (the Committee) of the Companys Board of Directors approved the annual salaries and bonuses (consisting of both cash and grants of restricted stock which were granted on March 13, 2007) for 2007 for William M. Goodyear, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Julie M. Howard, President and Chief Operating Officer, Ben W. Perks, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Richard X. Fischer, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. The amount of such salaries and cash bonuses and the amount, terms and conditions of such restricted stock grants are as follows:
