Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”) today issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation has filed an initial Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with Marriott’s previously announced plan to spin-off its vacation club business into a separate publicly traded company before year-end 2011.

A copy of Marriott’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
