On September 6, 2011, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a slide presentation on its investor relations website. Executive officers of the Company are using the slides to present at the Barclays Capital CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York City on September 6. Pursuant to Regulation FD, a copy of the slide presentation is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
As previously announced in the Company’s news release of August 29, 2011, the audio of the Company’s presentation will be broadcast live over the internet and will be available via a replay audio webcast as well. The webcast will be available through a link on the Company’s investor relations website, located at http://www.chartindustries.com. The replay may be accessed after the broadcast through the same website for 90 days.
