Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 1, 2016, Frontier announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Frontier’s 11.125% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, of $2.78125 per share, payable on December 30, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2016. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.105 per share of common stock, payable on December 30, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2016.

A copy of Frontier’s press release announcing the declaration of the dividends is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
