Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On April 12, 2019, Surge Components, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. in connection with its results for the first quarter ended February 28, 2019. In addition, on April 15, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the financial results and operational highlights for the first quarter ended February 28, 2019. A copy of such press releases are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
