Item 1.01 Entry into Material Definitive Agreement
On July 2, 2013, Altairnano, Inc. (the "Company"), a subsidiary of Altair Nanotechnologies Inc., entered into a Client Lease (Renewal) (the “Lease”) with Flagship Enterprise Center, Inc. Under the Lease, the Company will continue to lease the 70,000 square feet of space it currently occupies in Anderson, Indiana. The initial term of the Lease expires June 30, 2014, and the Company has an option to extend the Lease renewal term for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Annual rent under the lease is $245,000, plus utilities and maintenance.
