Frontier Communications Corporation held its 2014 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders on May 14, 2014 (the “Meeting”). The number of shares of common stock present at the Meeting was 801,048,708 or 79.9% of the shares of common stock outstanding on March 18, 2014, the record date for the Meeting.
