Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Invacare Corporation (NYSE: IVC) announced yesterday,
September 1, 2004, that Invacare has obtained regulatory approval
regarding the recently announced Domus acquisition. The closing
of the acquisition is expected to be finalized by the end of next
week.
The press release issued in connection with the announcement is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
