Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01:
Gibraltar Industries, Inc. completed the sale of its European industrial manufacturing business to a third party, effective April 15, 2016. This business, which supplies expanded metal products for filtration, security perimeters and other applications, contributed $36 million in revenue to the Company’s Industrial & Infrastructure Products segment for full year 2015 and was approximately a breakeven business. Gibraltar is not disclosing the terms of the transaction.
