Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 14, 2019, TriNet Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release, entitled “TriNet Reports Fourth Quarter, Fiscal Year 2018 Results & $300 Million Increase to Stock Repurchase Program” is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
