He is also an active member of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), where he is being mentored by leading experts in the supply chain and IT industries.

At Austin Peay State University, Nnaji has demonstrated his leadership as a senator and graduate teaching assistant. He has designed and implemented data-driven solutions to enhance student engagement and leveraged Java and NetBeans to streamline database development workflows.
