Target recalls 204,000 Pillowfort children's weighted blankets after two deaths

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Target Corp. have announced a recall of more than 200,000 of the retailer's weighted children's blankets over safety risk concerns. Two children reportedly suffocated after becoming trapped in the blankets, the CPSC said.
