On August 5, 2010, La-Z-Boy Incorporated issued a news release to comment on the company’s business trends in anticipation of meeting with analysts and investors on Tuesday, August 10, 2010.  A copy of the news release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
