On December 4, 2013, Dr. Linda Marbán, Chief Executive Officer of Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), will be presenting at the Piper Jaffray 25th Annual Healthcare Conference. The presentation will take place at approximately 1:30 p.m. Eastern time at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. A webcast of the presentation will be available on the “Investors” section of the Company’s website at www.capricor.com. Additionally, a copy of the presentation slides is available on the “Investors” section of the Company’s website and will remain archived there for at least 30 days from the date posted.
