Notification of Interests of Directors
The Company was informed on 11 July 2007 by Jean-Charles Tschudin, Non-Executive
Director of SkyePharma PLC, that on 6 July 2007 he had purchased 100,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 25.7 pence per share. The shares
are registered in the name of Jean-Charles Tschudin. As a result of the
transaction Mr Tschudin now has a beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares
in the Company which represents 0.01% of the Issued Share Capital of the
Company.
