On March 10, 2005, Insmed Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company has received the acceptance to file notification from the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the New Drug Application (NDA) covering its drug candidate SomatoKine®, in the treatment of growth hormone insensitivity syndrome (GHIS). The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
