(1) | On February 11, 2011, Consolidated Capital Institutional Properties, LP (the "Partnership") merged with AIMCO CCIP Merger Sub LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIMCO Properties, L.P. ("AIMCO Properties"). In the merger, all previously outstanding Series A limited partnership units of the Partnership were canceled, and AIMCO Properties became the sole limited partner of the surviving entity. A wholly owned subsidiary of Apartment Investment and Management Company ("AIMCO") is the general partner of AIMCO Properties, and another wholly owned subsidiary of AIMCO is a limited partner in AIMCO Properties with an approximately 92% interest. |
