Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 24, 2018, Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (the “Company”) announced that effective January 1, 2019 William M. Pirtle, currently Senior Vice President - Wireless, will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his expanded role, Mr. Pirtle will be responsible for sales across wireless, wireline and cable, as well as marketing for all of the Company’s products and services. Mr. Pirtle will also oversee management of the Company’s contact centers and be responsible for customer service and technical support.
