Remarks: On April 23, 2007, the Reporting Person was appointed as chief executive officer and president of the Issuer and on June 11, 2007 as a director of the Issuer. Prior to those dates the Reporting Person was the senior vice-president, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of the Issuer. In connection with his appointment as a director, the Reporting Person was granted 150,000 common stock purchase options, and in connection with his appointment as chief executive officer and president, the Reporting Person was granted 500,000 common stock purchase options. All 650,000 common stock purchase options have the same terms as to exercise, expiry and vesting. |
