On November 13, 2008, Perry Ellis International, Inc. issued a press release relating to its preliminary results for the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
