On May 12, 2014, Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) plans to announce its preliminary unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2014 and hold a conference call from 16:30 to 18:00 (Seoul Time) to discuss on such results.
