On April 23, 2019, Justin Hall informed YRC Worldwide Inc. (the Company) of his intent to step down from his position as Chief Customer Officer of the Company, effective June 3, 2019, in order to pursue other interests. In the three years that Mr. Hall has been with the Company, he organically developed tech-enabled teams and omni-channel solutions to improve the customer experience and change the way we do business. We would like to thank Mr. Hall for his dedication and commitment, and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
