ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 2, 2006, Service Corporation International issued a press release
reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and year-end of 2005. A
copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is
incorporated herein by reference.
