Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 9, 2011, Bond Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing record revenue growth at its NDS Nutrition (TM) division. NDS revenue for the month ended February 28, 2011 increased 46% over the comparable period in 2010 from $688,000 to over $1.0 million. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
