Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2011, Bond Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing continued strong revenue growth from operations for the first fiscal quarter of 2011. Total revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2011 increased 26% to approximately $3.0 million from 2.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
