On September 19, 2018, Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the "Press Release") commenting on the report issued by Glass Lewis & Co., LLC. in connection with the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on October 3, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.
