On October 27, 2016, Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company,” “we” or “our”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. We have attached the press release as Exhibit 99.1 of this Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference. Following the issuance of this earnings release, the Company hosted an earnings call in which its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 were discussed.
