Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2018, California Water Service Company, the Registrants California regulated utility subsidiary filed AL 2324 with the California Public Utilities Commission requesting approval for escalation increases of approximately $16.2 million that were approved in Decision (D.) 16-12-042 dated December 20, 2016 for escalation year effective January 1, 2019.
