On October 27, 2016, Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Michael A. Jones was leaving the Company and his position as Chief Customer Officer, effective immediately. A copy of the press release announcing this change and the appointment of Mr. Jones’ successor is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The terms of any separation agreement between the Company and Mr. Jones will be disclosed on Form 8-K when agreed upon.
