Item 7.01 Other Events.
On March 22, 2019, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding an order booked for the cold box and brazed aluminum heat exchanger equipment content on Venture Global's Calcasieu Pass liquefied natural gas export terminal project. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
