Disclosure.
First
Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) has issued a press release
announcing that on March 17, 2008 the Company’s Board of Directors declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, representing an increase of 7.7 percent over the
Company’s prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.065 per share. The dividend is payable
on April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2008. A copy of the press release
is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
