     On October 11, 2007, the board of directors of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. was notified of the resignation of director Jane L. Brodsky from the boards of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, Bank of Birmingham. Ms. Brodsky resigned in order to devote more time and attention to her company, Brodsky & Associates. Ms. Brodsky was a member of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc.’s executive committee.
