Free lunch will be provided to everyone in attendance. Real medical professionals including specialists ranging from behavioral health to dentistry, family medicine, general medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and nursing.
Choose between the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines (authorized for children and adults 12 years old and older) or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines (authorized for adults 18 years old and older). These are both two-shot vaccines, intended to be given 28 days apart. CNHF also provides these shots at their Inglewood, California location Monday thru Friday.
