Human-First Leadership Advocate Paul Wolfe brings his compassionate coaching to TCAA.

NEW YORK - April 3, 2023 - PRLog -- Paul Wolfe is a Human-First Leadership Advocate who champions the development of workplace cultures built on authentic connection, shared vulnerability, and purpose-led performance. Paul came to this mission with over two decades' worth of experience as a Human Resources (HR) Executive. He channels his lived experience of seeking to show up– and view others, as humans before titles, to help organizations grow and employees feel valued, seen, and heard.

He is the host of the 52 Humans Vlogcast and author of the new release Human Beings First – Practices for Empathetic, Expressive Leadership (2023). In every role he has held thus far, Paul has been laser focused on culture and employee engagement, growth, and development; diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
