On August 22, 2007, Synopsys, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing such results dated August 22, 2007 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
