Item 8.01.         Other Events 

The Company's management is discussing with third parties a possible sale of its Fly.com product. Furthermore, the Company is evaluating the discontinuance of its SuperSearch product. These initiatives support the Company's strategy to focus on its global Travelzoo® brand.
