(1) 3,658,471 shares are owned directly by China Direct Investments, Inc. ("CDI"), 1,185,174 shares are owned by CDI Shanghai Management Co., 1,185,173 shares are owned by Capital One Resource Co., Ltd., all of which are subsidiaries of China Direct Industries, Inc. China Direct Industries, Inc. is the indirect beneficial owner of the reported securities. Since the Reporting Person's last report, 600,000 shares held by Invictus Advisory Services, Inc. on behalf of CDI were transferred to CDI and 270,000 shares held by CDI on behalf of Animus Advisory Group, Inc. were transferred to Animus Advisory Group, Inc.
