As of July 30, 2018 after giving effect to the Offering, PSP was the beneficial owner of 6,583,044 shares of Class A Common Stock (all of which are directly owned by Argentia), which represents approximately 15.0% of the number of shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding (based on 43,798,464 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding following the completion of the Offering (41,298,464 shares outstanding as of July 16, 2018, plus 2,500,000 shares sold by the Issuer in the Offering), as disclosed in the Issuer’s prospectus supplement filed with the SEC on July 30, 2018).
