Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective April 6, 2016, Michael Smiley, Zebra’s Principal Financial Officer, has assumed the additional duties of Principal Accounting Officer. In connection with Mr. Smiley assuming such additional duties, Steve Boshold will cease his duties as acting Chief Accounting Officer and will return full time to his role as Zebra’s North American Controller.
