Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain                                             Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Change in management team

Effective August 29, 2008, Dana Stetson, Vice President of Licensing Sales will be leaving the company.  The Company’s licensing and subscription products are converging with advertising supported models.  Theresa McVean, current Vice President of Sales, will lead both the licensing and advertising sales operations.
