Effective May 16, 2012, the Company named Steven M. Malone as its Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.  Mr. Malone has served as the Company’s Corporate Controller since June 2010.  Prior to that, he served as the Director of Financial Analysis and Planning since joining the Company in May of 2009.  Previously, Mr. Malone was employed by KPMG LLP.
 
The role of Chief Accounting Officer was previously served by Ronald J. Casciano, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.   Effective May 16, 2012, Mr. Casciano was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
