Announcement Regarding the Merger of Our Affiliates through Acquisition


Pursuant to our announcement dated December 25, 2016, merger of our affiliates, Superonline İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Turkcell Superonline”) and Turkcell İnteraktif Dijital Platform ve İçerik Hizmetleri A.Ş., (Turkcell Interaktif”) has been completed through the acquisition of Turkcell Interaktif by Turkcell Superonline.
