Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 19, 2007, Ronald C. Lundy was appointed to the position of Vice President of Finance
& Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Lundy was Treasurer & Chief Accounting Officer, a
position which he has held since 1993. Mr. Lundy joined the Registrant in 1984, and held several
accounting and finance related positions prior to becoming a corporate officer in 1993.
