The management of SCBT Financial Corporation (SCBT) will participate in the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW) Boston Bank Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on February 27 28, 2013. Robert R. Hill, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, and John C. Pollok, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer will meet with analysts and institutional investors, and will provide the attached investor presentation. A copy of the presentation will be made available at SCBTs website (http://www.SCBTonline.com) and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
