Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 29, 2013, First Financial Holdings, Inc. (SCBT) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, along with certain other financial information. A copy of SCBTs press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
